Message from Pat
Thank you for visiting our Fleming 2008 website. I hope you will find many items of interest here, and take time to explore my issues, events and background. The website is still under construction, and while we work on it, I welcome your comments by email or by phone.
In December, 2007, I filed as a candidate for Arizona State Representative from LD-25. As a full-time candidate, I will continue my visits in the many communities throughout Legislative District 25, so that I have a firm grasp on the concerns of all Arizonans.
Representing you in the state Capitol will be my full-time job. I will be your voice in Phoenix, where far too often the needs of Southern Arizona are ignored.
I love Arizona. As it has grown, I have watched its successes with pride and its failures with dismay. We are a great state, but we can be better. We must be an economically sound Arizona.
I will support legislation that promotes conserving energy and rewards efficiency. We must prepare for smart, controlled growth where water and state trust land is protected I will support efforts to improve health care, provide programs for preventive care and reimbursement of expenses to hospitals and clinics. I will support improved public education by reducing class sizes and giving teachers and school staff the resources they need.
These are only a few of the many issues that must be addressed in our Legislature. I will work hard for each of you, now as a full-time candidate in 2008, and with your support, as a full-time Legislator in 2009. |
